LEO A DALY Acquires Schwab, Twitty & Hanser Architectural Group (STH)
Omaha -

OMAHA--LEO A DALY and Schwab, Twitty & Hanser Architectural Group (STH), Inc. announced today that LEO A DALY has acquired STH, a 42-person architectural and planning firm based in West Palm Beach, Fla. with an office in Tampa. LEO A DALY has 27 offices worldwide, including one in Miami.

LEO A DALY Executive Vice President Charles Dalluge said, “We are aggressively pursuing new opportunities and STH’s business success and profitability make it a very attractive investment. STH’s emphasis on excellent architectural design, responsible project management, and strong client relationships mirrors our business philosophy, making this acquisition a good fit for both firms.”

STH is a strategic addition to LEO A DALY’s plan to accelerate growth in its core business sectors in Florida and nationally. The firms’ parallel portfolios of science and technology, education, local government, hospitality, and mixed-use projects provide positive synergies for clients.

“We’ve been through many milestones in our history, and we see this partnership as another exciting opportunity. The combined team is good for employees, business, and clients,” said STH President Bill Hanser.

Going forward, STH will conduct business as STH, a LEO A DALY Company.
